What began as a profession quickly became personal when I became the primary caregiver for my grandmother — an experience that changed how I see the long-term care journey for families.
Since then, I’ve supported loved ones across multiple generations, including caring for my parents and my chronically ill daughter. Those experiences led me to create tools, resources, and conversations that help families feel less overwhelmed and more prepared.
